The registration for the programme conference of the NRP 80 is now open!
The 2026 programme conference of the NRP 80 will take place on 5 and 6 March in Bern. At the end of the research phase of the NRP 80, the research groups present their projects and discuss their findings with the audience.

The National Research Programme ‘Covid-19 in Society’ (NRP 80) will hold its conference on 5 and 6 March 2026 in Bern. The 25 research groups will present their projects at the conference and discuss their findings with the audience. These cover the seven thematic areas ‘Policy’, ‘Workers during a crisis’, ‘Well-being’, ‘Youth’, ‘Children and families’, ‘Societal reactions’ and ‘Vulnerabilities’. Participants can engage in direct dialogue with the research groups in interactive discussion rounds.
The Director of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH), Anne Lévy, will open the conference. A panel discussion will bring together the main stakeholders of the NRP 80.
